Arusha and Ngorongoro Tour Overview

This itinerary is special for calving season and covers ngorongoro and Serengeti. Tour will start from Kilimanjaro Airport, Enjoy the views f mount Kilimanjaro and Meru as you drive by (If weather will allow), you will dive through beautiful towns of Mto wa Mbu and Karatu.
You will drive through Ngorongoro highland to the open lains of Eastern and Southern Serengeti

Arusha and Ngorongoro Tour Itinerary

Day 1

KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT >> NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA. (NDUTU AREA)

On arrival at the airport, after customs and immigration formalities, you will be met by your driver who will drive you to Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Ndutu area) with your lunch boxes to be served on the way, on arrival enjoy your game drive en route to your camp for the evening leisure.
Overnight – Luxury accommodation.

Day 2

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA. (NDUTU AREA)

Today you will have a full day to explore the beauty of Serengeti with an option of taking a lunch box and going out for a full day or doing the morning drive then returning to the camp for lunch and doing another game drive in the evening, and later driving back to your camp.
Overnight – Luxury accommodation.

Day 3

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA >> SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Today you will have another full day to explore the beauty of Serengeti for game drives en route to Central Serengeti with your lunch boxes to be served on the way, enjoy your game drive then drive to your camp before dusk.
Overnight – Luxury accommodation.

Day 4

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK >> NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

After breakfast drive to the park for a game drive en route to the crater rim with your lunch boxes to be served on the way, later drive to your camp for leisure.

Day 5

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA >> KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

After breakfast you will descend into the crater for a game drive with your lunch boxes to be served in the crater, later ascend from the crater and drive to Kilimanjaro Airport where you will be dropped off to connect your flight to your next destination.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

– Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
– Non-refundable costs may apply (e.g., park fees, flight bookings).
3. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. NOTE THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY INSURANCE(FLYING DOCTORS) IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY TOURIST DURING THE SAFARI PERIOD.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Onyesha-Expeditions reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns, while ensuring a similar standard of service.
5. Liability
Onyesha-Expeditions is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by proven negligence.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
