- – Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
- – Non-refundable costs may apply (e.g., park fees, flight bookings).
- 3. Travel Insurance
- Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. NOTE THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY INSURANCE(FLYING DOCTORS) IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY TOURIST DURING THE SAFARI PERIOD.
- 4. Changes to Itineraries

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
